Lora L. Conley, PA-C
Co-Owner/Master Injector
Master Injector Lora L. Conley, PA-C, is a Salyersville, Kentucky native passionate about making people look on the outside how they feel on the inside. Ms. Conley graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Morehead State University in 2002 before completing the University of Kentucky’s Physician’s Assistant program. In 2005, she began practicing internal medicine and in 2015, Lora joined Dr. Goble at Prestonsburg Primary Care. Her eighteen year career also includes urgent care, pediatrics and the emergency department. Lora began her aesthetics journey in 2015, developing an extraordinary skillset and refining her unique aptitude for symmetry. With amazing clients and amazing growth, Lora made the decision to practice aesthetics full time in 2023. A constant learner, Lora attends trainings and finds resources to continuously grow her knowledge and dermal expertise. She is the sole provider at Be You Medical Spa and is well-versed in each aesthetic service as it contributes to her philosophy about feeling beautiful at any age. Lora finds inspiration in her patients’ satisfaction, successful outcomes and growing with her team.
Dr. Curtis Koons
Medical Director
Dr. Koons graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2012. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Kentucky in 2016 and is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a graduate of the Leadership Kentucky Class of 2019 and currently serves as president of the Kentucky Society of Anesthesiologists.

Kathleen Burchett, a Paintsville, KY resident, has a passion for nutrition and wellness. She has been an employee of BeYou Medical Spa and a certified CoolSculpting Specialist for 3 years. Kathleen has a love for helping others and will work hard to determine an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan for each client based on the overall treatment goals.

She is a full time college student, as well. Olivia is a very passionate, hard-working and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a challenge. Shawnah Patrick is a licensed Cosmetologist with over 5 Years in the Beauty Industry, specializing in Aesthetics. She is experienced in Body Waxing and prides herself on creating a safe space that promotes body positivity, and enjoys making others feel beautiful in the skin they are in. She’s the proud mother of an amazing little boy, that pushes her to set the example that true success means loving what you do. Shawnah holds 5 different certifications in Microdermabrasion with Dermal Infusion, along with certifications in Dermaplaining, Lash Lift and Tint, and LED Light Therapy with Microcircuit.

Takara Moore, currently residing in Paintsville KY, serves as our eyebrow service specialist. Takara has been a master cosmetologist specializing in eyebrow shaping & enhancement for 10+ years. She has taught the eyebrow education courses at many cosmetology schools and is known for her talents nationwide. When she isn’t transforming the lives of the people on her table, Takara also serves as a middle school mentor and worship leader at her church. Her heart is for people, and her daily motto is, “I want to make a difference today.”

Jill Slone is a Floyd County native, bringing 28 years of nursing experience to BeYou Medical Spa. Jill currently resides in Paintsville, KY and is a mother to 3 beautiful kids. On top of being a Registered Nurse, Jill is a certified laser technician and a cool sculpting specialist. Jill has always had a passion for helping her patients, and now as she steps into the world of aesthetics, she believes she has an even greater opportunity to help her patients see themselves in a different light. Jill believes each person should live life with confidence and feel comfortable in their own skin, and she strives to help each patient get one step closer to that goal each time they lay in her chair.
